At imagikids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
